| Glass Light Cells are immune to the clouding effect of earlier acrylic version. Glass Light Cells are made with Pyrex® glass to eliminate damage caused by thermal shock. Commercially available CPVC valves with Oxford V.U.E., Inc. seals ensure maximum reliability and long life. Spent valve has timer circuit in electronic section to hold valve open for a minimum of three seconds at a time to prevent hydraulic "hammering" when valve is turned off. This extends valve life significantly. All serviceable parts in the chemical section are assembled with unions allowing five minute replacement with no tools required. Etcher can be turned on immediately afterwards eliminating costly down time. Floats used in acid and oxidizer barrels for low level indication are also modular in design. Floats can be replaced independently of housing at minimal cost.
